Basic Venue Set Up



Need a hand setting up for your event? We can take the stress off! Let our professional decorating team get it all ready so you can walk in to your event without lifting a finger!

Venue set ups can be your decor, our decor or a combination of to get the exact look you are wanting!

This basic venue set up request is based on date availability and is a starting point for your set up. A basic set up usually includes set up of 15 centerpieces and a guest book table, depending on what items you have, for one hour of work. Additional time and staff may be required for more elaborate set ups.

If you want to meet in person we can set up a one hour consult to sit down with the head planner and go over your details to give you peace of mind that we will get everything just perfect. One hour consults are an additional $75.

Late night tear downs are available as well.

Please note that there is a $1/km travel fee  for any venue outside of the city of Winnipeg perimeter.

We also offer styling services if you are not quite set on your theme or what items you will need. With experience in over 40 venues in Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba to draw on, let us help decorate your space!
