IT MAY BE SMALL BUT WE TAKE CARE OF IT ALL

This Day Of package is great for showers, birthdays, staff parties, 
corporate luncheons, tea parties or any small event with less than 50 guests, a timeline of 
4 hours or less from start of set up to teardown completion and includes:

Meet with client for a virtual 60 minute event consult
Provide vendor recommendations, if needed
Up to 3 follow up emails from clients (we can add on additional admin time if more emails are needed)
Greet vendors at venue & review the timeline
Receive deliveries at venue & advise vendors where they will setup
Ensure reception area is set up by designated in house, additional Peachy Green Events decorating team or third party decorator
Help ensure the timeline is kept throughout the 4 hour time frame
Distribute payments on clients behalf, if needed
Secure all gifts/auction prizes with authorized persons or vehicles, if needed
Troubleshoot situations that arise

A TOUCH OF GREEN

This Day Of package is great for weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, celebration of life, staff or corporate patires or fundraisers for larger events with 50-75+ guests with an 8-10 hour timeline includes:

Meet with coordinator for a virtual 60 minute event consult
Provide vendor recommendations, if needed
Up to 5 follow up emails from clients (we can add on additional admin time if more emails are needed)
Meet with client for a final virtual meeting to confirm plans one month before the event
Attend & assist with the rehearsal for up to 60 minutes
Greet vendors at venue & review the timeline
Receive deliveries at venue & advise vendors where they will setup
Ensure ceremony & reception areas are set up by designated in house, additional Peachy Green Events decorating team or third party decorator
Cue wedding party & couple down the aisle (weddings only)
Assist caterers, entertainment & reception staff to keep to the timeline & updated timelines 
as needed throughout the event
Distribute payments/tips on clients behalf, if needed
Secure all gifts/cards with authorized persons or vehicle
Troubleshoot any situations as they arise, while coordinator is on site

ECO WEEK

This Week Of Event Package Includes:

All of the Day Of services listed in the A Touch of Green package plus,
Vendor timeline confirmations (includes five vendors, more can be added on)

This Full Event Planning Package Includes:

All of the A Touch of Green and Eco Week package services plus,
Assistance with theme selection
Decor & design assistance
Budget management
Vendor & venue recommendations
Attendance at one meeting for your choice of each venue, photographer, caterer & entertainment (includes five vendors)
Vendor contract review (includes five vendors, additional vendors can be added)
Assistance with menu selection, if needed
 

*Cost of 18% of the final wedding budget, with a minimum of $3,999,

*Additional assistants are needed for events over 50-75+ people depending on spcific events and needs.
All event coordinator(s) require a meal at a dedicated vendor table with clear sight lines to the couple/host & easy access from the table to jump up at any moment to coordinate or troubleshoot events.
*Site walk throughs & rehearsals that are outside of the city of Winnipeg Perimeter Hwy are subject to additional fees, travel expenses & additional hourly wages for 30 minutes+ of transportation time from city center.
*Travel expenses will occur for any event outside of the the Winnipeg Perimeter Highway at $1/km ($1.50/km for mobile bar) & an additional fee for accommodations may be added, if applicable.
