THE ULTIMATE SIDECAR EXPERIENCE (7 hours)
This package is perfect for any full evening or day event.
Package includes:
- Towing to and from the event location (charges apply for travel outside of the city of Winnipeg perimeter at $1.25/km)
- Set up and tear down of the trailer (alcohol. mix and drinking water to be provided within 20′ of trailer parking)
- 2 hours of service with 2 certified bartenders
- Basic garnishes, ice and compostable cups for beer, wine and cocktails for 75 guests (minimum booking)
- Additional compostable cups or glassware available
- 20′ of string lighting on the outside of the trailer, additional lighting and props available in our rental store
- Tall teal cooler for canned beverages & a glass water dispenser for self service
$1599 + taxes
Additional guests, over the minimum 75, will be charged a $5 corkage fee per guest to cover the basic garnishes, ice and compostable cups needed.
Additional bartending or busing staff can be arranged.
18% gratuity will be added to your final bill.
All packages are for a dry bar, the client must obtain a liquor permit and supply all of the alcoholic, non-alcoholic and drink mixes including drinking water.
A travel fee of $1.50/km apply to and from the city of Winnipeg perimiter to the event location.
